What is DASP?

DASP is a program for the creation of active site profiles from known structures, with a sequence database searching extension.

How can I use DASP?

To use DASP you must be able to supply the active site residues (or key residue) information for all structures which are to be in the profile.

* You must have Java Runtime Environment 1.5 or later in order for DASP to function properly.
